Rust Belt Trans Creators Network Florida is dedicated to breaking down barriers for underrepresented communities in tech. Through comprehensive training programs, we’ve helped numerous individuals transition into successful digital careers, fostering economic empowerment and resilience amongst trans, non-binary, and BIPOC individuals in Florida.

With a commitment to social justice and inclusivity, we offer high-impact training in coding, game design, and esports at no cost. Rust Belt Trans Creators Network Florida was founded in response to the growing need for support among trans and non-binary individuals in the tech industry, particularly in light of anti-LGBTQ+ legislation. Inspired by the resilience seen in Rust Belt regions, our initiative aims to provide essential training and resources to those facing systemic barriers, fostering transformation and growth in their careers.
